Stumbled across your site when looking for Leith’s recipe for Carrot Cake. My husband made the cake and has thus raised the benchmark in cake perfection. (Yes, it IS a competition). Looking forward to trying out the Beetroot Brownies and am thinking of sending you a picture of our fridge, although it looks oddly similar to yours.
Lovely to hear, I get a lot of traffic from the Leith’s Carrot Cake – good to hear that someone has actually tried it.
Wedding cake looks great. So do the other new things Cherry Almond Tarts, Jaffa Drizzle Cupcakes & Baba Ganoush – must try that.
